Penteris Advises Huuuge on the Acquisition of Traffic Puzzle for $38.9 million

Penteris supported Huuuge on the acquisition of Traffic Puzzle from Picadilla Games, a Wrocław-based gaming studio. The total value of the transaction was $38.9 million. Penteris provided full transactional support for the Traffic Puzzle takeover process, and the team was led by Agnieszka Pytlas, including also Jeremiasz Kuśmierz, and Justyna Jóźwiak.

“It is an honour for the team to advise Huuuge on the closing of its first transaction after the company’s debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, supporting the implementation of the group’s strategic goal of expanding its activities in the gaming segment”, commented Agnieszka Pytlas.

Huuuge is a developer and publisher of games for mobile devices and online platforms. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 19 February 2021.
