Webinar: Return of obligation to report domestic tax schemes (MDR)
The Penteris tax team is partnering with Wolters Kluwer to provide a high-quality webinar on the newest changes in Poland’s tax regulations bearing in mind the return of the obligation to report domestic tax schemes (MDR).
Why is this issue important for business?
The obligation to report domestic tax schemes was suspended for more than 3 years as a result of being suspended as part of the “Crisis Shield”. Entities that benefited from this solution must now comply with the obligation to report the schemes they developed or implemented throughout the suspension period. In order to do so, they must undertake a thorough review of the arrangements they have developed or implemented, legal activities and transactions. Once they have identified the tax schemes they have in place, they need to set deadlines for filing the relevant reports and check how these deadlines have been affected by the suspension of the reporting obligation. Failure to do so risks high penalties!
What topics will the webinar cover?
This crucial webinar will be run by our Head of Tax Piotr Prokocki and will touch upon the following:
