Penteris represents Immofinanz in sale of Equator I
The team represented its long-standing client Immofinanz in the process of selling the Equator I office building in Warsaw.
The Penteris team included Partners Agnieszka Pytlas and Dawid Demianiuk, and associate Kamil Osowski.
Equator I is an A-class office building with a total rental area of around 19,000 sq.m. The building is located in an excellent location bordering Warsaw city centre, which guarantees good connections to all parts of the capital by both public and private transport.
Penteris represents Immofinanz on its various transactions and projects in Poland. Among others, back in 2019 the team advised Immofinanz on its acquisition of the Warsaw Spire Tower.
