Penteris Expands with New Team Members

We are delighted to announce that two new people have joined Penteris.

Izabela Świstak is our new Senior Associate. Not only is she a fully qualified lawyer, but she is also a tax advisor and restructuring advisor with extensive experience working in law and consulting firms, where she focused on providing services to businesses operating in domestic and foreign markets. Izabela brings with her considerable experience in conducting due diligence audits and representing clients in corporate and commercial disputes before common courts.

Rafał Graczyk is our new Junior Associate. He is an expert in real estate law, with a specific focus on tax regulations. He specialises in handling withholding tax issues and has great experience in conducting tax audits for a variety of entities in various sectors.
