It is located just 10 minutes from Warsaw’s Chopin Airport and is nearly fully leased to prominent tenants, including Lux Med, Polenergia, Hewlett Packard, and Bonduelle, ensuring long-term stability and cash flow. The top five tenants account for approximately 83% of the rentable area.
