Penteris Advises Apollo-Rida on Successful Sale of Jerozolimskie Business Park

Penteris is proud to have advised its long-standing client, Apollo-Rida Poland, on the successful sale of Jerozolimskie Business Park in Warsaw to Czech investment group NASA Capital.

Our relationship with Apollo-Rida spans more than 25 years. During this time, we have been privileged to support the client across numerous strategic matters, many of them becoming a landmark for the real estate industry in Poland and including advising on the acquisition of Jerozolimskie Business Park, assisting with the management of the complex for over a decade, and now advising on its successful disposal.

The property comprises four modern office buildings with a total gross leasable area of more than 17,000 sq m. At the time of sale, the complex was over 90% occupied, with a diversified tenant base of more than 40 occupiers. The asset also holds a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification, underlining its high operational and sustainability standards.

We are delighted to have supported Apollo-Rida on another landmark transaction, continuing a trusted relationship built over a quarter of a century.
