Sebastian Janicki Promoted to Partner

One of the key members of the Penteris real estate and construction teams, Sebastian Janicki has been promoted to the position of partner as a mark of the respect in which he is held.

With 15 years’ experience under his belt in the development of real estate both locally and internationally and detailed expertise in the area of construction law, Sebastian consistently provides advisory on each step of the process of real estate investment including the due diligence process, transactional work, administrative proceedings as well as possessing particular know-how in the residential and PRS sectors.

Sebastian’s work is marked by great attention to detail, technical prowess, and strong, trusting relations with clients. Most recently, Sebastian’s experience in the field has recognised by The Legal 500 in the field of Construction.

In his free time, new partner Sebastian is an avid cyclist (“there is no bad weather for cycling”) as well as a lover of classical and jazz music.
