Penteris Advises Apollo-Rida on Successful Sale of Jerozolimskie Business Park

Penteris is proud to have advised its long-standing client, Apollo-Rida Poland, on the successful sale of Jerozolimskie Business Park in Warsaw to Czech investment group NASA Capital.

Our relationship with Apollo-Rida spans more than 25 years. During this time, we have been privileged to support the client across numerous strategic matters, many of which have become landmarks for the real estate industry in Poland. Notably, we advised on the acquisition of Jerozolimskie Business Park, assisted with the management of the complex for over a decade, and have now advised on its successful disposal.

The property comprises four modern office buildings with a total gross leasable area of more than 17,000 sq m. At the time of sale, the complex was over 90% occupied, with a diversified base of more than 40 tenants. The asset also holds a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certification, underlining its high operational and sustainability standards.

We are delighted to have supported Apollo-Rida on yet another landmark transaction, continuing a trusted relationship built over a quarter of a century.
