Real estate asset management
We assist with property lease-up, tenant relocation, and contract management for office, retail, and warehouse projects, offering ongoing support for existing lease agreements, as well as drafting and negotiating new ones – all with the aim of increasing the value of our clients’ real estate portfolios.
Construction and space planning
We advise on construction projects, assisting our clients with zoning and environmental matters, securing building and occupancy permits, and obtaining sector-specific licences. Our experts prepare and negotiate construction contracts (including FIDIC-based ones), liaise with utility providers, and ensure comprehensive support throughout.
Real estate financing
With experience acting for both lenders and borrowers, we offer a broader perspective across the full spectrum of real estate financing – from acquisition and development funding to refinancing.
Investments and transactions
We can undertake legal due diligence of any size and assist in resolving the identified issues, including potential restitution and reprivatisation claims.
