Konrad has over a decade professional experience working with clients who are active both on the local and international real estate markets making use of his knowledge of both real estate and corporate law. Konrad has vast experience working on lease agreements of major Polish shopping centers, class A and A+ office buildings as well as warehouses, both on the side of landlords and tenants not to mention great experience in transaction due diligence projects.
Currently, Konrad enjoys advising on negotiating the leases of office portfolios for some major international players, and helping them with ongoing property management matters. He combines attention to detail and legal acumen with a business-oriented approach and openness to the client’s needs.
