Antonina specialises in labour law, with particular focus on the introduction and analysis of internal workplace regulations and policies, drafting and advising on the terms of individual employment contracts, and providing general advice on employers’ statutory obligations. Her practice also covers international employment matters, in particular the posting of workers.
She has experience representing clients before the competent authorities in proceedings concerning the legalisation of residence and employment of foreign nationals, acting on behalf of both employers and individuals seeking to settle in Poland. Antonina has also participated in numerous due diligence projects, including assessments of compliance with generally binding labour and immigration law, relations with employee representatives, and the identification of potential legal risks.
